Primarily, students should have basic reading skills and typing ability. We do not offer block coding courses, so it's important that your child can identify letters on a keyboard and type their code within a reasonable time frame.
No prior experience doesn't automatically mean your child should start at Level 1.. You can book an assessment here.
Depending on the level and age group, some assignments may be given to take home. However, we understand students already have school commitments, so any homework from GigaSphere Coding is typically optional.
Yes, students are required to bring their own laptop to class.
If your child cannot attend a class, we'll ensure they don't fall behind. We provide course materials for the missed session and may offer a make-up class, depending on the availability of our instructors and managers.
Class sizes vary depending on the number of students registered for that term. We strive to maintain small group settings to ensure quality instruction and attention.
